These candidate terms and conditionsshall be applicable specifically to candidate (defined hereunder) in addition to the “General Terms of Use”. These Terms and Conditions describe the terms on which a candidate can avail the Services (defined hereunder) through the Platform.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the General Terms of Use and these Terms and Conditions, then the provisions of these Candidate Terms and Conditions shall prevail, to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING AS A CANDIDATE ON THE PLATFORM. THE CANDIDATE’S REGISTRATION ON THE PLATFORM SHALL SIGNIFY THE UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE SAME.

1. Defined terms

• All defined terms used in these Candidate Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning as assigned to them under the General Terms of Use, unless otherwise specifically defined herein. The Terms and Conditions, together with the General Terms of Use shall be referred to as the ‘Terms of Use’ of the Platform in relation to the Candidate.
• The following defined terms shall apply in these Terms and Conditions:
  • “Recruiter” shall mean an employeror authorized person of employer or an agent of the companywho may contact candidate or vice versa after getting the information listed on the Platform.
  • “Candidate” shall mean any person registered on the Platform as a job seeker.
  • “Candidate Services” shall mean the services described in Clause 3 of these Candidate Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration

• The candidate shall be permitted to access the Platform and use the Services, only upon creating an Account by registering on the Platform.
• The candidate’s ability to continue using the Platform to avail the Services is subject to continued registration on the Platform.
• In order to register as a candidate on the Platform, the candidate will be required to create a user name and password, and provide such details as indicated as necessary, including but not limited to the candidate’s name, address, phone number and email address etc.

3. Candidate Services

• The Platform provides the following services for candidate:
  • Autorecrutpro.com is intended only to serve as a preliminary medium of contact and exchange of information for its users / members / visitors who have a bona fide intention to contact and/or be contacted for the purposes related to genuine existing job vacancies and for other career enhancement services.
  • It provides an online marketplace wherein candidate can search the jobs displayed in the platform. The candidate shall promptly update the Required Information as and when required and ensure that it shall, at all times, remain accurate and complete;
  • It enables Autorecrutpro to share details of the contacts to a recruiter on the platform listing, out the specifics of the CV or details from CV, partially or fully.
  • Any other services as may be provided or offered by Autorecrutpro to the candidates from time to time like reports, weekly updates, monthly bulletin etc as per the membership plans.
  • The Candidate Services are only being provided to facilitate connecting the recruiters on the Platform, and Autorecrutpro shall not be responsible for the transaction to be entered into between a candidate and a recruiters.
  • All commercial and contractual terms for any jobs secured through the Platform are those offered by the recruiters only.
  • The jobs offered by recruiters shall be on such terms as agreed upon between the candidate and recruiter. Such commercial and contractual terms include without limitation salary, payment, related terms, period, promotion, transfer and termination.
  • Autorecrutpro does not determine, advice, have any control over, or in any way involve itself in the offering or acceptance of such commercial and contractual terms between the candidate and the recruiters.

4. Conditions of Listing

• Autorecrutpro shall, in its sole discretion, have the right to de-list any information, CV or all of the information listed on the Platform by a candidate based on such factors as it deems fit, including but not limited to any complaints received from recruiter in relation to any information.
• Autorecrutpro does not provide any guarantee to candidate that listing the information, CV on the Platform by them will result in leads from the recruiters.
• Autorecrutpro is a virtual showroom where you display your information for finding the jobs

5. Representations and Warranties by Candidate

• By registering on the Platform and/or listing any information and / or CV, each candidate represents and warrants that:
  • The candidate is the legal owner/authorised personof the information, they lists on the Platform, and the candidate has all rights to list and offer information to recruiters, the said information on the Platform, and by doing so, the candidate is not violating or infringing upon the rights of any other person, and any applicable laws;
  • All the Required Information listed on the Platform, which is provided by the candidate, is current, complete and accurate;

6. Required Product Information

• Autorecrutpro reserves the right to use all Required Information provided by candidate towards arranging and compiling.

7. Disclaimers

• Autorecrutpro does not make any representations or warranties regarding specifics (such as quality, value etc) of the information / CV, offered to recruiters.
• Autorecrutpro does not implicitly or explicitly support or endorse the information or CVs listed on the Platform. Website accepts no liability for any errors, defects or omissions, and provides no guarantee to rectify such errors, defects or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or any third parties.
• Autorecrutpro shall not be responsible or liable for any non-performance or breach of any contract between candidate and recruiter.
• Autorecrutpro shall not, and is not required, to mediate or resolve disputes or disagreements between candidate and recruiters, as Autorecrutpro is only a facilitator of the connection on the Platform.
