The recruiter Services are only being provided to facilitate contacts of candidate information / CV listed on the Platform and Autorecrutpro shall not be responsible for the transaction to
be entered into between a recruiter and candidate.
All commercial and contractual terms for any job offer are those offered by the recruiter only; after recruiter contact the candidate or vice versa and the job offer on such terms as
agreed upon between the candidate and the recruiter alone. Such commercial and contractual terms include without limitation, salary, payments, terms, period etc.
Autorecrutpro does not determine advice, have any control over, or in any way involve itself in the offering or acceptance of such commercial and contractual terms between the candidate and the recruiter.
Autorecrutpro shall not and is not required to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the recruiter and the candidate.
Autorecrutpro has not independently verified and does not guarantee the truthfulness of the credentials of the candidate and any description of their information, CV,
authorizations, including the nature of job, salary, location, contact details, etc. provided by them.
Autorecrutpro cannot be called upon to provide any guarantee/security with respect to the information / CV provided by the candidate
It is advisable that recruiters may conduct searches before offering the jobs. The result of any search for candidate conducted by recruiters shall not be construed as the opinion or
preference of Autorecrutpro.
Candidate may provide feedback, review, ratings and comments about the recruiter on any platform. Autorecrutpro is in no manner responsible or liable for the same. All views and
opinions expressed on such Platform by the candidate, are those of the individual candidate only, and do not in any way reflect the opinion of Autorecrutpro. Autorecrutpro shall not,
and is not required to, mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between any candidate and recruiters.
Receipts for payments made by recruiter shall be sent to registered email address.
Recruiters may add, delete, and edit the payment card account information provided from time to time through the Platform.
Except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law, Autorecrutpro is not liable for any payments authorized through the Platform using the recruiter payment card information.
Autorecrutpro reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee at any time by amending the applicable Terms of Use.
